An established industry player in mental health care is seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join their South East Home Treatment Team. This role involves providing specialist acute crisis psychiatric interventions to individuals in their own homes, ensuring they receive the necessary support 24/7. The role will entail co-ordinating and providing specialist acute crisis psychiatric intervention and expertise to service users in crisis 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year within their own homes/residence.
