The Role: Manage an inside sales team

  • Fast paced, incentive and KPI driven
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of driven, motivated sales professionals from graduate level to BDM.
  • Handle and monitor the day-to-day in this high-performance environment.
  • Manage and develop closing techniques, objection handling, and more.

Requirements:

  • You must have managed an internal sales team in a fast paced, outbound call centre environment leading a competitive, high-energy team to success!
  • Be a competent user of data & CRM reports and able to analyse statistics and implement change.
  • Can set an example, motivate a team, and is someone consistent, professional with great communication.
