Nurse Manager - Herne Bay

Position: Nurse Manager
Location: Near Herne Bay, Kent
Hours: 42 hours per week (with scope for overtime)
Salary: Starting at £22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing unit.
2. Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.
3. Conduct assessments and develop care plans in line with resident needs.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance resident care.

Requirements:

1. Must be a registered nurse with the NMC.
2. A minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, including nursing home experience.
3. Strong assessment knowledge and skills.
4. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
