Key Responsibilities:
- Help expand our Board Practice by assisting with business development meetings, working on executive search projects, and enhancing our data and insights. Prepare company insights for pitch meetings, conduct research for executive searches, create target lists, and identify candidates.
- Data Management & CRM Optimization: Organize, maintain, and optimize our CRM system data to create meaningful insights that will drive decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct in-depth research on recruitment trends, C-level candidates, and industry developments. Pull together detailed reports and insights for the team and our clients.
- Psychometric Testing Integration: Ideally, have an interest or background in psychology to integrate psychometric testing into our recruitment process.
- Strategic Thinking: Analyze complex information and develop strategic recommendations that align with our business goals.
- Leadership Development: Receive extensive training and mentorship with a clear path to becoming a Team Leader.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: Ideally a first-class university degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field. Strong A-levels are essential.
- Critical Thinker: Ability to think strategically and analytically to create cohesive reports and strategies.
- Interest in Recruitment: A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Data-Driven: Strong ability to generate insights, track progress, and optimize processes.
