Our client is a global leader in supply chain solutions. They are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role will provide high-quality financial and management information, support the finance management team, and build strong relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. What you'll do:

As a Finance Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in supporting the finance management team by providing accurate and timely financial information. You will prepare weekly financial accounts and KPI scorecards, while also assisting with the production and analysis of month-end accounts. Your ability to build strong relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will produce regular reports that track business initiatives, driving actionable decisions through your financial acumen. Ensuring high levels of regulatory compliance in the production of monthly management accounts will also fall under your remit.

  1. Provide high-quality financial and management information in a timely manner
  2. Prepare weekly financial accounts and KPI scorecards
  3. Support production and analysis of month-end accounts, reports, and presentations
  4. Act as key financial support to finance business partners and finance managers as well as non-finance stakeholders
  5. Produce regular reporting tracking business initiatives to drive actionable decisions through financial acumen
  6. Responsible for the production of monthly management accounts ensuring high levels of regulatory compliance are maintained

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner role will bring a wealth of experience in managing multiple sites and transforming data into accurate ledger entries. You will have a strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements. Your experience in budgeting and forecasting processes will be invaluable in this role. Your ability to produce regular value-add reporting to maximise business performance will set you apart from others. Proficiency in Excel, PowerBi or similar tools for producing reports is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field would be desirable.
