As a Consultant Psychiatrist in Old Age Psychiatry based in Ashford, you will join a dedicated, professional and supportive team and CMHT Consultant colleague.
Ashford CMHSOP provides a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and treatment service for the over 65-year old population in the Ashford and Tenterden areas and surrounding villages. It offers assessment, diagnosis and treatment for the full range of psychiatric conditions including psychological assessments and therapy.
The team has 21 initial assessment slots per week offering appointments in clinics in both Ashford and Tenterden along with home visits and care home liaison assessments for referrals from care homes.
