Coordinate and run projects from RIBA stage 3 onwards.

InkDrawn Architecture is seeking a senior architect/technologist to join its team in Leicester, UK.

We are a design-led practice specialising in high quality projects, from remodelling of private houses to new build multi-storey residential developments.

We take great care in our work with a very high level of attention to design and details produced across all elements of a project, particularly for construction, with appreciation of the craftsmanship required and a pragmatic approach to buildability.

We are seeking someone who must have the following qualifications and experience:

Great experience working on commercial multi-storey residential developments and bespoke private houses, at all RIBA stages.
ARB registered architect, or equivalent, reflective of the qualification.
Minimum five years’ post qualification.
Can expertly design and model in 3D using ArchiCAD 24, or newer.
Knows the current British Standards and UK Building Regulation requirements better than most.
Can coordinate and run projects from RIBA stage 3 onwards.
Lives in the East Midlands and reasonably close to Leicestershire.
Good site experience with projects on construction sites.
Excellent design, presentation and communication skills.
Great organisational skills, time management and versatility.
Proven as a team player.

Desirable skills:

Ability with rendering software, such as Twinmotion, D5, Lumion.
Experience in contract administration and JCT contracts.
Understanding of the power of BIM (via ArchiCAD)/ VR/ AI and see the value of these in the construction industry.

Salary: Will be competitive and based on experience.

Job type: Full-time.
