Join Our Team as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist)
Salary:£39,000 per annum Location:Fully Remote (2–3-day induction at Head Office in Durham) Employment Type:Full-time and Part-time roles available. Up to 37.5 hours per week. Hours09:00 am – 05:00 pm (flexible)
Role Purpose: Provide evidence-based psychological therapies to clients with various mental health issues, delivering high-quality CBT interventions and adhering to ethical standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
Develop and implement individualised CBT treatment plans.
Facilitate clients’ understanding and management of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
Conduct 6 clinical hours per day, with each session lasting 50 minutes followed by a 10-minute report.
Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Professional Development:
Engage in regular clinical supervision and CPD activities.
Contribute to clinical communications and support our expert panel.
Ethical Practice:
Adhere to ethical frameworks and respect clients’ dignity and privacy.
Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in CBT.
Accreditation or eligibility for accreditation with BABCP.
Experience:
Experience delivering CBT to diverse client groups.
Understanding of ethical and legal frameworks in the UK.
Proven track record in supervision practice.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
