Shirley Parsons have been exclusively retained by Brentford Football Club who are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Health and Safety Manager. This is a newly created position and is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to make their mark on a renowned organization. The Health and Safety Manager will play a critical role in developing a safety-first culture across the club, ensuring compliance and achieving best in practice Health and Safety standards across all their operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing strategic Health and Safety leadership across the organization.
2. Chairing the Health and Safety Committee and preparing reports for the club's Board and Executive Committee.
3. Managing a diverse risk portfolio ranging from live events, retail, construction, travel, and leisure facilities.
4. Reviewing, updating, and maintaining the Health and Safety Management system.

Qualifications:

1. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent; ideally CMIOSH or working towards.
2. Proven experience in managing Health and Safety in large, complex, multi-site environments.
3. Sports, events or entertainment experience is highly desirable.
4. The ability to build strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
