As a Publisher Development Director, you’ll be our secret sauce in transforming publisher partnerships into revenue powerhouses. Your mission (and yes, you’ll choose to accept it) is to decode the ever-changing landscape of digital publishing and understand exactly what our publisher partners need to succeed. You'll spearhead the creation of innovative tools and strategies to help them overcome monetization barriers and beyond with our suite of products.

In this role, you’ll design and execute comprehensive plans that drive adoption and ensure killer market execution. Your strategic insights will guide initiatives aimed at maximizing partner success and fine-tuning overall performance of their inventory. By monitoring results and distilling key learnings, you’ll craft an annual action calendar that syncs perfectly with our broader business objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Publisher Development: Develop existing and new publishers through innovative solutions beyond yield optimization.

  • Performance Optimization: Lead high-level business reviews with publishers, analyze performance metrics, and pinpoint growth opportunities and areas for strategic improvement.
  • Advisory & Support: Serve as the go-to guru for publisher partners, offering expert guidance and ongoing support so they can navigate the competitive terrain with confidence.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to gather regional insights across product categories and translate those findings into actionable, growth-driving strategies.
  • Revenue Strategy Leadership: Design and execute revenue strategies that leverage market demand, company strengths, and publisher capabilities to achieve ambitious growth targets.
