The Opportunity:
We are working in partnership with a specialist building services contractor delivering premium maintenance and reactive works across high net worth (HNW) residential and commercial properties. Due to continued demand, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join on a long-term, self-employed basis.
This is a unique opportunity to work on prestigious properties, where quality of service and professionalism are paramount.
Role Responsibilities:
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs of commercial gas systems within HNW properties.
Diagnose faults and undertake reactive repairs efficiently and professionally.
Complete necessary documentation and reports to a high standard.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (ACS: CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, etc.)
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial gas servicing and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of commercial boilers, heating systems, and associated plant.
Ability to work independently and represent the business professionally on-site.
Clean driving licence (preferred).
Experience working on high-end properties is advantageous but not essential.
Package:
Competitive day rate fully negotiable based on experience.
Optional Van, Fuel Card, and Parking provided on top of your rate if required.
