Join Emtec Fire Systems, a leading provider of fire protection solutions, as a Sprinkler Design Engineer

Emtec Fire Systems, a leading provider of fire protection solutions across the country, is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer to join our team at our Leeds Office.

In this role, you'll design compliant sprinkler systems that meet British standards and client requirements. Working closely with our team and Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality fire protection solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design sprinkler systems tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Review technical specifications and select the best components for each project.
• Produce detailed design documentation, calculations, and technical reports.
• Support tenders, prepare quotes, and liaise with suppliers for pricing and technical data.
• Assist with audits and collaborate on Fire & Security matters.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in designing sprinkler systems for large projects.
• Recognised industry qualifications, including FHC / LPCB certification.
• Strong knowledge of industry products and standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural and electrical diagrams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and multitasking skills.
• A proactive team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
