Principal/Director M&E Sustainability - Design Consultant

Qualifications / Capabilities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Chartered status or working towards
7+ years professional working experience in Consultancy
Can run a project including managing a team from start to finish
Professional qualifications, certifications and skills an advantage (e.g., BREEAM, Energy Assessor, CIBSE LCC, Revit, AutoCAD, IES, Trimble, MEPworx)

Responsibilities (guidance and support will be given)

Typical MEPH and Energy Consultant management level activities
Finding opportunities, fee proposals and onboarding clients
Managing projects from start to finish
Developing resource (internal and external)
Originating new ideas to create opportunities in growth areas
Masterminding performance, training and development with your fellow leaders
Meeting KPI targets to progress to the next level
