Description

As Finance Manager, you will be involved in:

1. Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
2. Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
3. Assisting in the preparation of the company's annual budget
4. Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
5. Providing support and advice to the management team regarding financial decisions
6. Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
7. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
9. Managing two Finance Assistants, supporting them with workload

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

1. Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
2. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office Suite
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Strong Management Accounting background
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Good knowledge of financial reporting standards
7. Proven experience in preparing financial reports and statements
8. Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines
