We are recruiting a confident and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager to join our current team at our venue Cannonball Restaurant & Bar. We are looking for someone who is efficient, hard working and passionate to work with our charming and attentive team. Our Restaurant Managers work closely with the Front of House and Kitchen team to manage and produce a happy and welcoming environment for all our customers whilst serving delicious food.
Our restaurants produce consistently beautiful food, made from scratch, that is tasty and satisfying. All our kitchens buy directly from local artisan suppliers and receive daily deliveries in the growing season from our very own kitchen garden. We have 3 Bee Hives with over 50,000 bees and when nature has been generous we are able to share the honey and the honeycomb with the kitchens.
To join our team, previous hospitality and restaurant management experience is required. You must have a positive, can-do attitude, the confidence to manage a team and to ensure high standards of Customer Service are delivered at all times. You must ensure revenue streams are effectively managed, targets are delivered and all reporting elements are accurate and timely.
You will be expected to manage and contribute to a happy, efficient and knowledgeable working team and environment, leading by example.
We have a training academy that will provide the successful candidate with development training and recognised qualifications to enhance their skill and professional learning.
