Job Description

• Lead the Accounting & Finance team in all financial reporting activities.
• Ensure financial control, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement financial reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial data collection.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary financial data.
• Oversee budget planning and financial forecasting activities.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their financial reporting skills.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management based on financial analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Accounting and Control Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and control.
• Previous experience in a housing association is a must.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
