Role: Business Analyst (Payments)
Location: London/Hybrid
Essential: Recent experience with Payments
CTI is seeking to appoint a Business Analyst (Payments) for a leading payment service provider.
- Track record as a Business Analyst in the Fintech field, minimum 5 years' experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM and end-to-end product lifecycle
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and overseeing the complete product development lifecycle
- Experience in automating payment processes
- Understanding of SWIFT message types and ISO 20022 MX format
- Strong understanding of APIs, including security headers, encryption, and fetch types
- Technical and non-technical stakeholder management skills
- Ability to capture and write detailed requirements
- Demonstrated success in driving process enhancements and optimizing business results
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and best practices
