Function: Plant Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Shifts: Rotating Monday to Friday
6am-2pm | 2pm-10pm | 10pm-6am

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in ensuring our equipment and facilities run at peak performance. Your daily tasks will include:
- Installing, repairing & maintaining machinery to minimise downtime
- Diagnosing & fixing mechanical and operational issues
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and performance data
- Suggesting & implementing improvements to boost productivity
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Training operators on equipment safety
- Managing spare parts inventory to eliminate unnecessary downtime
What We're Looking For
Essential:
NVQ/City & Guilds/HNC or equivalent degree/apprenticeship
Experience in plant maintenance
Desirable:
Injection moulding experience
