Job description
Lab Assistant/Technician – Currently accepting applications from Lab Assistants for a Laboratory based in an acute based setting. You will be set up to succeed and have a person to shadow and regular supervision.
Working Mon-Fri with potential for additional hours.

- Working as part of the Lab Team.
- Booking in and logging of samples.
- Labelling, sorting and storage.
- Maintain a clean and efficient working area.
- Prepare samples for examination.
- Ensure all equipment required for the technical and practical aspects of delivering a comprehensive laboratory service are maintained according to the recommendations.
- Be aware of and adhere to all current Health and Safety regulations.
