About Our Client

Job Description

An Interim Recruitment Coordinator to:

  1. Support the wider recruitment team with operational recruitment activity
  2. Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interview processes
  3. Oversee all related recruitment administrative tasks
  4. Manage the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions and adverts through to coordinating interviews
  5. Manage the ATS to ensure this is kept up to date
  6. Facilitate the on-boarding processes for new hires
  7. Ensure all candidates compliance has been collated ahead of starting
  8. Support on adhoc projects

The Successful Applicant

The Talent Resourcing Partner will have:

  1. Previous recruitment experience essential
  2. Experience using an ATS system
  3. Previous experience working in an education setting essential
  4. Able to start from November
