Are you a strategic, high-energy leader with a passion for luxury aesthetics and business growth?

Light Touch Clinic, one of the UK’s most respected cosmetic clinics, is looking for a full-time Practice Manager to take the reins of our beautifully appointed, CQC-registered clinic in the heart of Weybridge, Surrey.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious manager to step into a senior leadership role with a mission to double the clinic’s turnover while delivering an outstanding patient experience. You’ll be working alongside our expert doctors and clinicians, managing the day-to-day operations, and driving the clinic’s continued success.

About You:

• 5+ years in a senior management role (ideally in healthcare or aesthetics)
• Experience running a CQC-registered clinic, with strong knowledge of compliance and clinical governance
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of hitting financial targets
• Inspirational leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams
• Confident managing budgets, KPIs, marketing campaigns, and operational workflows
• Organised, proactive, and ready to take full ownership of the business side
• Flexible: role includes some weekend work and one evening per week
