The Ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager

1. Experience in a high volume, fast-paced branded bar or restaurant group
2. Ability to think independently, be a self-starter, and an individual sales driver!
3. Work with the GM and Head Chef to deliver a great offer!
4. Always be focused on giving customers a great experience!
5. Committed to training and developing a team
6. At least 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role
7. Strong understanding of seasonal and fluctuating trading!
8. Proficient in stock management, budgeting, P&L control, and venue marketing!
