Trainer - Private Client Solicitor - Bedfordshire

Our client is looking for an experienced and technically strong Private Client Solicitor who is seeking a change in direction to help train and develop the next generation of fee earners. You will manage a modest caseload supporting HNW clients and be integral to the development of the team.

The role can be considered on a 4-day week. To be considered, you will have enjoyed an extensive career in Wills, Trust, Probate, and Tax matters. The team consists of members at different levels of their careers, including secretaries, paralegals, trainees, and fee earners managing their own cases.

For fee earners with 1-5 years of experience, there will be a need to support their development through elderly visits, hospital and care home visits, as well as tax calculations and complex trusts. For more experienced fee earners, you will assist them in developing business plans, thinking commercially, and the benefits of attending networking events and speaking at seminars.
