We’re looking for a dynamic Biddable Media Manager to join our team and take ownership of crafting, executing, and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns across a wide range of platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving performance – whether that’s maximising ROI, generating sales, or increasing brand awareness through reach and frequency campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for developing data-driven media strategies that are aligned with key business goals and performance metrics such as conversions, CPA, ROAS, and reach. You’ll dive deep into campaign performance, using your analytical skills to make real-time adjustments that drive efficiency and results. Budget management will also be a key aspect of the role, ensuring that every penny spent is working hard to achieve maximum impact.
A keen eye for audience targeting will be essential, as you’ll use data insights to refine segmentation, A/B test creatives, and experiment with different ad formats. Keeping stakeholders in the loop with clear, actionable reporting will be crucial, so you’ll translate complex data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
