Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for MEP installations.
- Manage subcontracts for MEP works, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate potential commercial risks associated with MEP works.
- Provide expert advice to the project team on all MEP cost-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.

- Extensive experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor on complex healthcare or similar high-profile construction projects.
