The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of quantity surveying for the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, contractual compliance, and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for MEP installations.
• Manage subcontracts for MEP works, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate potential commercial risks associated with MEP works.
• Provide expert advice to the project team on all MEP cost-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.

What They Are Looking For:

• Extensive experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor on complex healthcare or similar high-profile construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and cost drivers within a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
