Barista & Quality Control Assistant

Are you a coffee geek with an eye for detail? We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team, combining hands-on coffee service with quality control and packaging in post-production.

The Role:

• Barista duties – Prepare high-quality coffee, engage with customers, and maintain a great café atmosphere
• Quality control – Ensure coffee consistency, check packaging, and uphold our brand standards
• Packaging – Assist in weighing, sealing, and preparing our specialty coffee for dispatch
• Competitive salary with the possibility of growth within an established specialty coffee brand

What We’re Looking For:

• Barista experience in specialty coffee is essential
• A keen eye for detail and quality
• Passion for coffee, from brewing to production
• Reliable, proactive, and a great team player

20 hours a week, needed for Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Based in or around Old Hatfield
