Main purpose of the position
The project aims at introducing a new platform to track and measure the value of great social sustainability initiatives run by ISS on a global level and will include cooperation with an external provider to set up and introduce the platform, run a pilot and continue with a global roll-out.
What you'll do:
Business Case Development: Create comprehensive country-level and enterprise-wide business cases, modeling cost and benefit scenarios to secure investment and participation from country organizations.
Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource needs, and budgets.
Risk and Budget Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor project expenditures and ensure costs align with budget forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder and Vendor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, vendors, and team members. Manage vendor deliverables, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards at critical stages.
Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders. Provide clear, consistent updates and reports on project progress, risks, and key decisions to team members, leadership, and clients.
Community and Collaboration: Foster a network of subject matter experts across countries to support knowledge sharing and alignment on project goals and strategies.

Key qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of project management experience from global organizations within people technical system implementations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with the ability to communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly way.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Experienced in MS Excel and proven experience of modeling and scenario planning in the context of business cases.
Proficiency in project management software tools, for creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing tasks.
Project Management Professional certification or equivalent preferred.
