Who is the business

Zanda is partnering with a high-growth B2C subscription-based business in the FMCG space. Having already experienced rapid growth, they are looking to strengthen their leadership team during an exciting period of new product launches and market expansions. Working closely with an impressive CFO, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives while developing finance processes to sustain their growth journey.

The successful candidate will have previously supported a business in this space that has undergone a similar growth trajectory. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading company, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring continued success in a highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial finance function, ensuring the financial strategy aligns with the business’s goals and growth plans.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead the development of financial models and business plans to support key investment decisions, pricing strategies, and product launches.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to ensure the business meets its financial targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on margin management, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Develop finance processes to align with business growth.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within an FMCG or similar high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the business.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience managing large budgets and financial planning processes.
