Are you ready to launch your career in the dynamic house-building industry? We’re excited to announce a unique opportunity in collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University, offering a bespoke Higher & Degree Apprenticeship designed for individuals from all backgrounds.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience from day one as a Trainee Assistant Site Manager to help lead projects from start to finish. You’ll attend four 1-week teaching blocks each year with Sheffield Hallam University, combining classroom and online learning, all while having your accommodation, meals and travel costs covered during university stays.
Over approximately 5 ½ years, you will earn a Cert HE and BSc (Hons) Degree in Professional Practice in Residential Development and Construction, recognised across the industry.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with trades, ensuring our construction teams are well-supported, engaging with the Sales Team for smooth operations, and promoting a culture of safety and high standards on site.

More experienced entrants without formal qualifications will be considered on merit, taking into account factors such as their work experience, previous qualifications or skills gained from the Armed Forces.
On completion of the Higher Apprenticeship, you will automatically be enrolled onto the Degree Apprenticeship.
