Salary / Rate of pay: up to 33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The hotel also makes a stunning wedding venue too with the capability of catering for weddings for up to 200.
Please note, accommodation is not available with this position, therefore you must be able to commute to the Woking area of Surrey, daily.
What's involved?
As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, assisting them with the creation of menus and recipes as well as developing dishes. You will supervise and motivate an excellent kitchen team, directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks when required as well as being involved in the preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes personally too.
The Sous Chef will oversee all kitchen stations and assist with food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering for the stations. You will be responsible for health, safety, and food hygiene practices, ensuring food quality and excellent standards are met for all dishes created.
Please note, accommodation is not available with this position, therefore you must be able to commute to the Woking area daily.
