Retail Assistant

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team at the Wigan - Saddle Junction Screwfix Branch.

Hours: 15.25 hours per week
Availability: Required on both Weekdays and Weekends.

You’ll be at the core of Screwfix, making sure our customers are the heart of everything we do. You’ll take your time to really get to know them whilst delivering genuinely great service. Our Retail Assistants are vital to the running of a store, so you’ll always be kept busy. And with the help of our excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns to support a healthy work life balance, you’ll be on the right track for a promising career with us!

Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Assist with stock management and store operations.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs.
4. Participate in training programmes for career advancement.

Minimum Requirements

Availability to work on both weekdays and weekends.

Interview

Interviews may be held on the phone or over video chat, followed by a visit to store to meet the team.
