At Stellar Global we design and deliver omnichannel retail experiences for brands. We are at the forefront of retail redefining the digital shopping experience. We work with top global brands in consumer electronics, and luxury homeware, and lead a multi-brand, multi-language retail hub.
We are looking for a visionary Head of Digital Retail Experiences to spearhead our innovative approach to omnichannel shopping, live commerce, and digital engagement. This role will be responsible for driving sales conversion through digital touchpoints, developing branded retail experiences, and leading a team that delivers video shopping, social commerce, and interactive brand storytelling.
This is a temporary role to cover a maternity leave period (with effect from May to December). Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will have responsibility for managing 3 direct reports and is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a digital-first retail strategy that integrates live chat, video shopping, brand ambassador communities, and shoppable content.
- Sales & Conversion Optimisation: Leverage digital experiences to drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation: Lead the evolution of our tech-enabled retail solutions, ensuring we stay ahead in social commerce, gamification, and digital shopping trends.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the launch and management of brand studios, creator hubs, and training academies for brands to enhance their digital presence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with brands, tech partners, and content creators to deliver impactful retail experiences that drive measurable ROI.
- Data & Insights: Use analytics to track customer engagement, conversion rates, and campaign performance, optimising experiences based on real-time insights.
What we are looking for
- Proven leadership experience in digital commerce, live shopping, or omnichannel retail.
- Deep understanding of social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, etc.) and their role in brand engagement.
- Experience in creating content for multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, digital UX, and retail personalisation strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including content creators, brand strategists, and digital marketers.
- Ability to drive innovation, identify gaps in digital retail solutions, and create new revenue opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth through digital activations.
- Organised and able to manage workload.
- Resourceful, and problem-solving approach with a collaborative mindset.
- A natural forward-planner, able to critically assess both their own performance and that of the wider retail operation.
- A credible professional able to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
- Advanced knowledge of Google and Microsoft products.
What we offer
- Bonus (discretionary) - up to 10% of salary based on targets.
- Full Time job (37.5 hrs per week) from May to December 2025.
- Mon-Fri, Hybrid working schedule (9am to 17:30pm). 2 days in office and 3 days working from home, with some flexibility.

£60,000 - £65,000 a year
