Relief Farm Manager

We are seeking an experienced Relief Farm Manager (Broiler) to provide cover for Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers, ensuring farms operate to the highest standards. This role involves overseeing animal welfare, managing environmental systems, and maintaining health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

As Relief Farm Manager, you'll coordinate farm staff, manage feed, water, and lighting systems, and ensure accurate records are kept. You'll also be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and handling call-outs as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role (preferably with broilers)
  • Supervisory and people management skills
  • Level 2/3 Poultry Passport or willingness to complete it
  • Strong decision-making and organisational abilities
  • Full driving licence (work van provided)
