What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure that guests are warmly welcomed on their arrival to the Restaurant area and check their booking reference/bedroom details are correct, liaising with the Restaurant Manager where required
• Escort guests to their table and take beverage orders
• Be knowledgeable of food dishes and drinks, offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary
• Ensure billing information is precise and all payment transactions are processed correctly
