Salary: Starting from £33,044 per annum plus excellent benefits
Salary Band and Job Family: Band 2*, Charity
*you’ll start at our entry point salary of £33,044 per annum, increasing to £35,109 after 6 months service and satisfactory performance and to £37,174 after a further 6 months.

Are you an experienced fundraiser who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, and driving income growth?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Community Fundraising Manager to manage the Northern Ireland (NI) and Wales team and can be based in either nation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, working on innovative fundraising initiatives that will help to grow income and engagement in these regions.
In this role, you will support and develop a small regional team while also managing your own fundraising target in either NI or Wales. You will work actively within your community engaging with supporters, volunteers, and local businesses, developing new opportunities and ensuring excellent stewardship to maximise fundraising potential. You will contribute to shaping fundraising strategies and exploring innovative ways to grow income.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in fundraising, experience in managing teams or volunteers, and a track record of meeting financial targets. If you are proactive, good at building relationships, and motivated by the idea of making a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
