Job description

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a well-known UK firm’s Employment team. The team has extensive experience advising senior executives, investment professionals, and businesses on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. They work across multiple sectors, including financial services, technology, family offices and businesses, private households, and sports. They typically represent senior executives, directors, founders, entrepreneurs, investment professionals, and athletes. Additionally, they provide day-to-day employment law guidance to a variety of employers, including those without dedicated HR teams, covering a broad spectrum of employment law issues.

Experience required:

  • Qualified in England and Wales
  • At least 5 years of PQE in a recognised employment practice
  • Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Developing junior lawyers.
  • A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
