Arddun Agency is a London-based womenswear wholesale agency specializing in the luxury and advanced contemporary world. We are looking for a PR Manager to cover a maternity contract. Job Description:
- Drive brand awareness and positioning with a strong focus on key markets for all brands within the agency.
- Cultivate, build, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and retailers across key markets.
- Develop and execute creative PR and brand ambassador collaborations.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with press, VIP stylists, and influencers, cultivating new cross-industry relationships.
- Develop and execute a result-oriented PR strategy and calendar that generates significant media coverage and awareness of our brands and activations to improve brand awareness and drive the business in supporting wholesale channels.
- Present new collections and assortments to the press.
- Collaborate with the wholesale team to have a comprehensive understanding of new collections and their importance to the brand's narrative.
- Constantly seek opportunities for each of the agency’s brands.
- Write and distribute press releases, news alerts, and other PR collateral.
- Acquire product placement in key target media, including brand profiling and VIP dressing.
- Nurture and train the junior members of the team.
- Ensure sample management for all brands is running smoothly, working closely with the PR Executive.
- Ensure the monthly press and feedback reports are detailed and complete, shared with brands in a timely manner.
- Provide seasonal press days in London and re-see appointments in our Paris showroom.
- Where applicable, manage the running of London Fashion Week shows/presentations.
- Actively seek, pitch, and manage collaboration and partnership projects.
- Actively pitch event strategies for brands and see them through to fruition, managing all aspects of each event.
- Budget management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to work with internal and external brands within the Arddun umbrella, on a retainer or project capacity.
- Nurture and build on relationships with existing clients.
- Support the growth of the PR team through hiring.
What You Need to Have:
- BA in PR, Business, or Fashion.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in luxury and advanced contemporary PR, in-house or agency.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent communicator.
- Project management skills.
- Team leader.
- Fantastic level of written and spoken English.
