Job Role: Sales Manager
Location: Remote + 50% travel UK

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional in the regenerative agriculture sector.
As the first person into the sales function, you will have the chance to build our pipeline and processes. You will be able to call on the support of our two Co-CEOs who already have a good network, strong relationships in the sector, and great results with early customers. We also have experience in supporting new sales teams in fast-growing startups, so you won’t be totally on your own.
Our product is a natural fertiliser and growing system which works by restoring the health of the soil microbiome and providing NPK and micronutrients via natural, sustainable raw material ingredients sourced from the circular economy. Our current clients are large estates to which we sell directly, and also a small number of distributors. We also sell to the forestry sector. You will mainly focus on building the agricultural sector, directly and via agronomists and distributors. Our synthetic-free and chemical-free fertiliser systems are proving successful for a wide range of crops and trees in organic, regenerative, agroforestry, and landscape recovery settings.
Having just taken on our first Seed funding, the company is poised to grow fast. You must be willing to travel across the UK for up to 50% of your working week. We are a remote-first company but take the opportunity to get together frequently across the UK at customer, supplier, or our own woodland site in Wales.
We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is excited by the opportunity to build a sales function. You need to have had demonstrable success in sales and experience in agriculture, but you do not need to have led a team before. If you have the right potential, we can help you to grow. We do want you to be excited about the product and the positive impacts we can have on UK and global farming, nature, and food security.
