The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established planning consultancy with a clear pathway to becoming a salaried director within 2 years and equity director within 5 years.

You will handle a varied portfolio of planning projects, manage your own workload with support as needed, and play an integral role in growing the business. The role offers mentoring and a primarily office-based environment to maximize professional development and collaboration.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with:

1. 2-6 years post-qualification experience in planning.
2. A strong understanding of the Midlands region.
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
4. Commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. A team player mindset, including mentoring capabilities.

Desirable Skills:

1. Problem-solving expertise.
2. Proficiency with MacOS and IT systems.
