Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Full Time/Part Time Pay to Scale
Location: Great Missenden
Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and encourage students to help them reach their full potential.
2. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to assist in lesson planning and delivery.
3. Promote and maintain the school's positive behaviour policy to ensure a focused, productive learning environment.
4. Adapt support for students with diverse learning needs, including those with additional educational requirements.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. A current, valid DBS check, or the willingness to obtain one.
2. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
3. The ability to provide at least two years worth of professional references.
4. Experience supporting Key Stage 1 & 2 students is preferred.
5. Reliable transport to commute to and from High Wycombe.
