Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, we are seeking a Property Inventory Clerk to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Aylesbury. As a Property Inventory Clerk, experience is beneficial but not essential. You will be responsible for carrying out detailed inventory reports to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for our tenants and landlords, as well as conducting mid-term inspections to ensure our properties are kept in the highest condition. While working alongside a team, the majority of this role will be lone standing, therefore you will need to be confident with working independently.
