Track performance metrics and report regularly to senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a player/manager sales role, ideally within technology, distribution, or B2B sectors.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach.
Ability to drive both individual and team sales performance.
Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
Strong business acumen, with expertise in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
