The Job Role

  • Restaurant Manager within a quality venue.
  • Overseeing all operational outlets within a boutique operation including restaurant and bar.
  • Ensuring all residents are happy, working with focus groups on improving the offering on the complex.
  • Focus on driving F&B spends through the stunning restaurant.
  • To recruit, train and develop an enthusiastic team.
  • The Operations Manager will report into an outstanding General Manager.
  • Great work life balance, 2 evenings per week max until 9pm.

The Requirements

  • The Restaurant Manager will have a strong restaurant background within quality venues, hotels, restaurants or gastro pubs.
  • Have the ability to lead from the front within hotel operations.
  • The Restaurant Manager will have enthusiasm and willingness to progress their career under an established general manager.
  • Excellent communication skills required for this role to deal with members of the community daily.
