What you’ll be getting up to:

• Work closely with our product and design teams to build new features quickly and sustainably
• End to end support for our existing web applications
• Support our partners integrating their systems with our API
• Integrate with various third party tools such as MS Teams, HubSpot etc
• Build and architect new microservices as we expand our platform
• Analyse and optimise UI and application code for efficiency and performance
• Contribute to shaping the product with research and ideas

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of full stack development experience
• Expertise with JavaScript and at least one JS framework
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails
• Working experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Test Driven development
• Experience of efficiently collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Well-versed with scrum or other agile product development methodologies.
• Self-starter, multi-tasker, effective communicator, and motivator that brings out the best in people.
• Proven track record of delivering robust, on-time, quality solutions within project constraints.
• High level of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Experience with Background Jobs Tech (Sidekiq / Redis)
• Azure Web Apps, Front Door
• AWS Lambda/EC2/ECR/S3
• Docker

The location:

The role is remote, but we have a hub in Cardiff and you will be expected to travel regularly to collaborate with the OpX team.

Our perks:

This role pays a base salary of between £70,000 and £90,000 plus Profit Share dependent on company and individual performance.
