Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing multi-disciplinary consultancy of Town Planning, Socio-Economic, Heritage, Master-Planning, Design, and Architectural specialists in the expansion of their UK-wide teams!

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from urban regeneration schemes to strategic planning initiatives, including identifying new development opportunities and delivering major residential and mixed-use urban extensions across the UK.

We are seeking applications for West-Midlands based candidates, from Planner to Associate + level, who will ideally have Strategic Planning experience!

Candidate Requirements:

1. RTPI accredited degree or relevant planning qualification.
2. MRTPI chartership (or working towards).
3. Previous experience in a Planning role, ideally within local government, consultancy, or development industry, with a record of key involvement in the application process.
4. Previous experience in strategic planning / land.
5. Excellent writing skills and eye for detail.
6. Driven, committed, and enthusiastic team player.
