As we expand into international markets, we are looking for a visionary Director of Sales & Business Development to drive our global client acquisition efforts and position MarketSwipe as a leader in the international digital marketing space.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Sales and Business Development at MarketSwipe. The role involves leading sales operations, managing customer service, overseeing team management, and driving business development strategies.

As our Director of Sales & Business Development, you’ll be at the forefront of our global expansion, building strategic partnerships, closing high-value deals, and leading a team of top-tier sales professionals. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting key markets (e.g., UK, UAE, Canada, APAC).
  • Client Acquisition: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting Fortune 500 brands and fast-growing startups to negotiating multi-year contracts.
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Forge strategic partnerships with international agencies, SaaS platforms, and industry influencers to expand our global footprint.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a remote sales team (BDRs, Account Executives) to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Market Insights: Analyze global trends (e.g., e-commerce growth in MENA, digital ad spend in Europe) to refine offerings and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to launch hyper-targeted campaigns and with the Product team to align solutions with client needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Track Record: 8+ years in B2B sales/business development, with 3+ years in a leadership role (agency, SaaS, or digital marketing industries preferred).
  • Global Mindset: Experience scaling businesses in international markets (EMEA, APAC, or North America).
  • Hunter Mentality: A history of closing $100k+ deals and building pipelines from scratch.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and storytelling skills to articulate Market Swipe’s value proposition to C-suite executives.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in ambiguity and can pivot strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
