We operate across various industry sectors including education, residential, ecclesiastical, healthcare, heritage, and commercial. Our team is experienced in multiple contract forms such as design & build, traditional, 2 stage, and negotiated.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Bid Writer based in Greater London or from the Brighton area. The Bid Writer will be responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting bid documentation and proposals. Daily tasks include writing and editing bid content, conducting market research, coordinating with various departments to gather information, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and managing the bid submission process.

Qualifications

  • Bid Writing, Proposal Writing, and Technical Writing skills
  • Experience in Market Research and data analysis
  • Editing and Proofreading skills
  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field
