Project Manager – Airside Fit-Out (Heathrow Airport)

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead airside fit-out and refurbishment projects at Heathrow. This role is all about delivering high-spec, fast-track projects in a live airport environment, managing the challenges of airside security and operations while ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.

The Role

• Managing multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects within Heathrow’s airside environment
• Coordinating with key stakeholders, including airport authorities, contractors and regulatory bodies
• Delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality and compliance
• Ensuring full adherence to CAA, Heathrow Airport Ltd and airside safety regulations
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Managing logistics, security procedures and restricted working hours airside

What You Need

• Strong understanding of airside regulations and security procedures
• Ability to manage fast-track, high-spec projects while keeping operations running
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and eligibility for an Airside Pass are essential
