What you will do:

1. Implement the Care Act 2014 and other relevant statutory frameworks to deliver high-quality care.
2. Maintain a strong standard of professional practice, ensuring you are continuously developing your core skills and knowledge.
3. Conduct specialist functional assessments to design and recommend interventions, effectively utilising resources.
4. Prescribe preventative and specialist equipment along with minor home adaptations.
5. Make informed recommendations for major home adaptations through the Disabled Facilities Grant process.

Requirements:
