As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will:

1. Assist in the clinical development of the ward by managing staff and monitoring clinical standards.
2. Work closely with the Ward Manager to achieve targets and deliver high-quality patient care.
3. Coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care, and the clinical environment.
4. Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care.
5. Manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within a ward or unit, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
